Public Defender - Concealed Carry Fundamentals

This is the premier course for those who plan to carry a firearm for self-protection.

More than your average CCW course this course teaches the necessary skills to be a responsibly armed citizen in a public environment. This course is designed for those new to concealed carry with enough challenge for more experienced shooters.

Developed by I.C.E. Training and adopted by the USCCA this course covers:

  • Firearm selection

  • Pros and cons of different action types

  • Concealed carry mindset

  • Holster and gear selection

  • Firearms Safety

  • Proper draw and presentation

  • Proper grip & stance

  • Speed reloads and fast accurate follow up shots

Students will get a chance to test their new skills during a Reality Based Training Scenario as a final drill.

Students will need Firearm, Holster, Ear & Eye Protection, and 250 rounds of factory ammunition.

NOTE: If student is not 18 years old at time of class, they must have an adult guardian taking the course with them.
